Title: AI Engineer and ML Engineer
Location:Remote first with 30 percent travel. We either spend time on our Campuses or build with the team at our Igatpuri HQ together
We are hiring 20 AI Engineers and 10 ML Engineers, with experience ranging from 2+ years up to CTO level.

In this role, you'llexperiment, architect and build solutions, mentor engineers, and shape AI strategy that drives learning outcomes and equity for all.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will Experiment, Architect & Build AI solutions for learning at scale. You willDesign, fine-tune & deploy advanced LLMs (GPT, BERT, open-source models), MOE applications for diverse real-world Learning applications.
- You will establish AI-driven decision intelligence frameworks to enhance organizational efficiency and impact. This includes implementing automated evaluation and A/B testing for prompts and model outputs, with quality measured through metrics and human-in-the-loop feedback.
- You are committed to a careful, iterative, and data-driven approach for optimization, innovation, and continuous experimentation. You also have experience developing evaluation datasets for benchmarking model fit and task-specific performance, ensuring AI systems deliver reliable, high-quality result
- Create prompt and chain flows using best practices build prompt templates, orchestration and tool/chain integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide them in AI best practices, experimentation, and rapid prototyping
- Expose models and pipelines via clean, secure APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and work with infra/ops for deployment and monitoring.Write high-quality, well-tested production code (typing, pytest, packaging) and maintain good documentation.
What We're Looking For AI Engineer:
- Expert-level programming in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, vector search solutions).
- LLM & NLP expertise hands-on experience with GPT, BERT, vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Strong MLOps and deployment experience model training, serving, monitoring, lifecycle management, and building production-grade AI systems at scale.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability you can design architecture as well as roll up your sleeves and code.
- You keep informed about developments in AI and take an active interest in emerging research and industry trends, and you understand the implications for our product's competitiveness and performance.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or thought leadership in the AI community is a heavy plus :)
What We're Looking For ML Engineer:
- Expert-level programming in Python with strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and scalable software design.
- Deep understanding of ML and deep learning algorithms CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and LLMs with experience optimizing models for lightweight and client-side applications.
- Hands-on expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face, along with familiarity with ML workflow tools like MLFlow, TFX, and ONNX.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model tuning, and designing efficient evaluation benchmarks for edge and mobile deployment.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability you can design architecture as well as roll up your sleeves and code.
- A lifelong learner who stays informed about emerging AI research, contributes to open-source projects, and understands their impact on real-world learning systems.

Years of experience:
We are hiring at all levels, from engineers with 2+ years of experience to senior leadership/CTO. What matters most is strong real-world AI/ML experience.
