AI and Data Governance - Sr Manager

One of the global pharmaceutical organizations based in Bangalore is looking for professionals for an AI & Data Governance role.

Location: Bangalore

Key requirements:

• 7–16 years of experience in AI Governance, Data Governance, Risk Management, or related domains

• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, including Generative AI and model lifecycle management

• Experience in embedding governance frameworks into technical platforms and development lifecycles

• Hands-on exposure to regulatory frameworks such as EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and GDPR

• Ability to work closely with Legal, IT, and Business stakeholders, translating regulatory and technical requirements into business standards

• Experience in federated/data mesh environments would be an added advantage

• Preferred exposure to Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Databricks

• Strong communication skills in English; German language knowledge is a plus
