Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation systems integrated with ERP.
• Develop AI-powered document intelligence tools using LLM APIs for extraction, classification, and validation of business documents.
• Build natural language query interfaces over SQL Server data for business/executive reporting and dashboards.
• Gathering, architecture, backend development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Gather requirements and stakeholder discussions to map current business workflows before designing AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP support/functional teams and business stakeholders to translate manual pain points into technical solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on internal Windows VM infrastructure.
• Prepare MIS reports for concerned teams and automate their generation to reduce manual effort.
• Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through automation.
• Evaluate business problems to identify where AI/LLM-based automation can create measurable efficiency gains.
• Prepare process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation, translating functional requirements into AI-powered solution designs.
• Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshooting as needed.
