The Role

We're hiring an AI Agentic Workflows Engineer Intern to help build intelligent AI workflows, agent orchestration systems, integrations, and automation pipelines powering our platform.

You will work on real-world AI execution systems involving:

• multi-agent workflows
• tool calling
• memory systems
• retrieval pipelines
• automation orchestration
• business integrations
• AI-powered execution flows

This is a highly hands-on role focused on building practical AI systems — not just prompting.

You'll work closely with founders and engineers while contributing directly to production systems.

What You'll Work On

Agentic Workflows

• Build AI-driven workflows involving reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step execution
• Design workflows for automation, support, lead qualification, onboarding, and task execution
• Improve workflow reliability, retries, and execution handling

Multi-Agent Systems

• Work on agent orchestration systems and agent communication pipelines
• Build workflows involving multiple specialized AI agents
• Implement memory, context handling, and task routing systems

Integrations & Automation

• Connect AI agents with CRMs, messaging platforms, APIs, databases, and business tools
• Work on webhook systems, automation triggers, and event-driven execution
• Build reusable workflow components and orchestration logic

Retrieval & AI Infrastructure

• Support RAG pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval workflows
• Work with vector databases and document ingestion systems
• Improve AI response quality and execution reliability

Workflow Tooling & Platforms

• Work with tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, Langflow, N8N, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and related orchestration frameworks
• Build and test scalable AI workflow systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals
• Experience with Python
• Understanding of APIs, workflows, and backend concepts
• Interest in AI agents, automation, and orchestration systems
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, N8N, or workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, or vector databases
• Experience building AI or automation projects
• Exposure to FastAPI, Docker, or backend systems
• Hackathons, personal projects, or open-source contributions
