About the Role
We are seeking a talented AI Agent Developer with strong experience in building intelligent automation systems and AI-powered agents using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that integrate with real-world applications and client systems.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
- Build AI-powered systems using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Develop AI pipelines for data processing, retrieval, and decision-making.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Optimize AI agents for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Monitor, debug, and improve AI agent behavior and responses.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Participate in technical discussions with international clients regarding AI solutions.
- Work with modern AI development tools and deployment pipelines.
Required Technical Skills
- 2+ years of experience in AI development or AI agent development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience integrating APIs and external services into AI workflows.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
- Knowledge of AI architectures like RAG pipelines and embeddings.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI automation platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
- Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments.

- Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech (CS) / B.Sc IT
- Willingness to relocate to Surat
- Comfortable working in shifts based on project requirements
