Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Agent Developer based in Ahmedabad. The AI Agent Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI agents, integrating AI technologies into business systems, and maintaining their performance. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the development team, programming, fine-tuning AI models, conducting testing, and ensuring efficient deployment. The role demands close interaction with cross-disciplinary teams to create intelligent, impactful AI solutions for various business sectors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI development, including AI chatbot design and AI agent programming
• AI agent development using Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK
• Understanding and experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or similar technologies
• Ability to perform data analysis, data preprocessing, and model optimization
• Experience in problem-solving and applying AI solutions to business-specific challenges
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Prior experience in deploying AI and machine learning models in real-world environments is a plus
• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
