We're a fast-growing digital marketing and ecommerce agency helping brands scale on Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and beyond. As we expand our use of AI-powered automation, we're looking for a curious, hands-on AI agent & automation implementer to join our team. In this role, you'll build and maintain AI agents, automated workflows, and smart tools that power our internal operations and client services- from ad campaign reporting to CRM updates, lead nurturing sequences, and more. No deep coding background required, but you need to be comfortable learning fast and getting your hands dirty with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive tasks across our marketing and ecommerce stack (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, SEO tools, social media platforms)
- Design and implement multi-step workflows using automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier)
- Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) into existing systems and client workflows
- Set up and maintain CRM automations including lead scoring, follow-up sequences, and pipeline triggers
- Create reporting and data-pull automations that surface insights from Meta, Google Ads, and Shopify dashboards
- Collaborate with the marketing, ads, and SEO teams to identify manual processes that can be automated
- Document workflows, agent logic, and tool configurations clearly so the team can maintain them
- Test, troubleshoot, and iterate on agents and automations as campaign needs evolve
