We're a US based tech startup. We are looking for AI+Full stack developers.
You'll work on a real production system involving:
- Multi-agent workflows (Discovery, Deep Dive, Filters, Reports)
- Stateful AI systems with memory and context
- Real-world partner sourcing and analysis pipelines
Example of our system architecture includes modular agents and workflow orchestration using LangGraph
We have backend workflows with persistent conversation state
What You'll Do
- Build and extend AI agents (discovery, deep dive, custom prompts)
- Work on LangGraph / agent orchestration workflows
- Develop backend services (Python / Java) for AI pipelines
- Build full-stack features (React + APIs)
- Handle state, memory, and multi-threaded workflows
- Improve real-world UX of AI systems
What We're Looking For
- Strong in Python or Java
- Comfortable with APIs, backend systems, and data flow
- Basic to good understanding of LLMs / AI agents / LangChain / LangGraph
- Can build end-to-end features (frontend + backend)
- Thinks in systems, not just scripts
Bonus:
- Experience with PostgreSQL / state management
- Built anything using OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
- Worked on multi-step workflows or automation systems
