Who we are

Grow That Brand is looking for someone who lives at the intersection of taste and technology.

Someone who can watch a competitor's ad and instantly know why it's working (or why it isn't). Someone who's already deep into HeyGen, Higgsfield and all the new AI tools (or is hungry enough to figure it out)

What we actually do here

We build brands that people remember. Not the forgettable kind with stock footage and a voiceover that sounds like every other ad in the feed, but the kind that makes someone stop scrolling, screenshot, and send it to a friend. Our culture is fast, opinionated, and obsessed with the craft. We care about hooks. We argue about pacing. We test everything.

What you'll be doing

1) You'll be writing scripts and angles that actually convert, not just ones that sound clever in a pitch deck.

2) You'll produce AI video ads end to end, from the first concept to the final export, for our clients across different industries.

3) Beyond production, you'll be sitting in on strategy calls and teaching our clients how to think about AI video themselves, so they understand why a certain hook works and how to replicate that thinking in house.

Some days you're a writer. Some days you're an editor. Some days you're a consultant explaining to a founder why their current ad is losing money. All of it matters.

You're a fit if

You've shipped AI video ads that performed, not just ones that looked cool. You know your way around HeyGen and Higgsfield well enough to push them past their defaults.

You can write a hook in ten seconds because you've studied thousands of them. You have opinions about pacing, typography, and when silence beats a voiceover.

You can explain your creative choices without hiding behind jargon.

You're probably not a fit if you need a detailed brief to start, if you think AI video means type a prompt and hope, or if you've never watched your own ad fail and figured out exactly why.
