About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AHV Hypervisor L3 Engineer to provide advanced-level support for Nutanix AHV virtualization environments. The candidate will handle complex technical issues, troubleshooting, performance optimization, RCA and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Nutanix AHV/virtualization environments.
• Troubleshoot complex AHV, VM, cluster and virtualization issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Nutanix clusters, CVM and AHV hosts.
• Perform VM provisioning, migration, cloning and resource management.
• Troubleshoot CPU, memory, storage and network performance issues.
• Handle VM HA, live migration and cluster-related incidents.
• Analyze alerts, logs and performance metrics and perform RCA.
• Work on Nutanix upgrades, patches and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot networking including VLAN, NIC, OVS and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Nutanix storage including Storage Containers, NFS/iSCSI and performance issues.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex escalations.
• Maintain documentation, incident records and knowledge base.
