Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs and strategies to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff to ensure a qualified team.
- Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students and faculty members.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
- Manage the budget and resources effectively to support the academic goals of the institution.
- Ph.D. in Allied Health Sciences / Healthcare / Life Sciences (preferred)
- Master's degree in relevant discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare education regulations in Ind
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and academic standards.
