Job Purpose

To monitor health of employees and their dependents by preventive and curative action for a healthy work force

Job Context & Major Challenges

Because of low education level, preventive health monitoring difficult.

Because of poor diet and alcohol habit, certain diseases are very much prevent in the work force and community around.

High cost due to prevent of high risk diseases.

Absenteeism due to sick leave also a major concern area

Key Result Areas

KRA1	ROUTINE ACTIVITES	Preventive health check up. Pre-employment health check up. Pre-retirement health check-up. Curative health check-up. Health education / counseling o employees, contract workmen, communities around.
KRA2	ISO AND OHSAS SYSTEM UPKEEP	To ensure updated medical records of employees..
KRA3	SAFETY	To suggest action plan for removal of unhealthy / unhygienic conditions in the plant.
KRA4	WCM ACTIVITY	To enrich the units health, safety & environment activities through safety, hygiene & environment subcommittee under WCM concept.
