KRA1 Physical Security: Theft Minimization Ensure the implementation of contractor guard force wage management and methods as per CSO directions.
Periodic training of security personnel.
Surprise checks
KRA2 Access control: Men and Material Initiate rescue operation.
Regular communication with Local Police
KRA3 Fire Fighting Deployment of dedicated firefighting team.
Periodically inspect serviceability of firefighting equipment and Fire Tenders
Conduct periodic fire mock drills and training session of contract security personnel
