To execute mines plan for supply of bauxite at Bagru and assist Mines Manager in Mining, Planning, MIS reporting and budgeting for mines for optimization of resources.
1. Managing the illiterate workforce at the secluded places in order to get the work done effectively.
2. Handling the political environment of the area and amicalbly settling the related issues.
3. Ensure proper quality & timely dispatches from source.
4. Poor infrastructure & communication facility is a bottleneck in resource mobilization.
