Key Responsibilities
- Drive contract farming, biological product adoption, and farmer extension.
- Manage farmer gatherings, crop advisory, and field troubleshooting.
- Develop FPO/NGO partnerships and support contract negotiations.
- Drive regional sales, collections, and field campaigns.
- Monitor market intelligence and crop performance.
Eligibility & Skills
‣ B.Sc. Agriculture / Agronomy / related field or MBA Agribusiness is an advantage.
‣ Knowledge of agricultural sales, contract farming, FPOs, and biologicals preferred.
‣ Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
‣ Comfortable interacting with 50+ farmers.
‣ Willingness to travel extensively.
‣ Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory.
‣Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
