Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Agronomist role based in Sanand. The Agronomist will be responsible for supporting the design, monitoring, and optimization of hydroponic systems. Key responsibilities include soil and plant health analysis, advising on crop management practices, ensuring proper irrigation practices, and conducting research to improve yield and sustainability. This role requires daily interaction with teams and clients to provide technical expertise on plant nutrition and cultivation strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Soilless Cocopeat based Farming,Experience in crops like cucumber,color capsicum and etc
• In-depth knowledge of Irrigation systems and techniques
• Proficiency in Research methods related to crop production and improvement
• Strong understanding of Plant Nutrition and nutrient management
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable agriculture
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields
• Experience with hydroponic farming systems or modern agricultural methods is a strong advantage
