Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Agronomist. The Agronomist will play a key role in managing hydroponic farming practices, including nutrient management, irrigation systems, and plant health monitoring. Daily responsibilities will involve advising on crop management, conducting research to optimize yields, and implementing best practices in modern agriculture. The role also includes educating clients or teams on advanced hydroponic techniques and assisting with commercial project development.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Soilless cocopeat based farming and Agriculture best practices
  • Prior experience in soilless - cucumber,color capsicum ,cherry tomatoes etc
  • Experience with Irrigation methods and systems
  • Proficiency in Research and analysis of agricultural methods
  • Understanding of Plant Nutrition and growth optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovative farming methods
