Faculty- Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic faculties in Civil Department for the post of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor to join our University. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in the relevant field and must be passionate about teaching and research in civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Develop and manage research projects in the field of civil engineering.
• Supervise and mentor students on their research projects and provide guidance to their academic progress.
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present research at national and international conferences.
• Participate in academic and administrative meetings, and contribute to the development of the department and the university.
• Collaborate with industry partners to develop innovative solutions to construction engineering problems.

Skills and Qualifications

• PhD in Civil Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
• 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a focus on teaching and research.
• Evidence of research excellence, including a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-quality lectures and seminars to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring students on their research projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with industry partners and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of current trends and issues in the field of agriculture, and the ability to apply this knowledge to research and teaching.
• Experience in developing and managing research projects, including the ability to secure funding and manage budgets.
• A commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service to the department and the university.
