Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agriculture Graduate for Marketing based in South India Kolkata. The role involves promoting Century Ply products, understanding customer needs, and aligning product features with market requirements. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, gathering market intelligence on agricultural. and supporting sales teams with technical product inputs rooted in agricultural knowledge. The role requires preparing marketing materials, participating in campaigns and dealer events, and providing product demonstrations and training to channel partners.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Agriculture and Agricultural Production, with the ability to connect agricultural practices to product applications.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers, dealers, and internal teams, including clear presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical Skills to interpret market data, identify trends in agricultural demand, and support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Sales orientation with the ability to support field sales activities, build customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a closely related field, additional coursework or certifications in marketing or agribusiness is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and willingness to learn industry-specific marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and preparing presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in South & East, travel as required for field visits, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
