About the Role
This in-office internship supports the inside-sales and advisory function, enabling high-quality customer engagement, lead management, and product recommendation workflows. The role is designed for individuals who can manage structured communication with farmers, dealers, and distributors through digital and telephonic channels.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with farmers, dealers, and retailers via calls, digital platforms, and CRM systems to understand requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Execute structured lead generation, qualification, and follow-up cycles to drive conversions.
Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines in CRM tools.
Provide advisory support on crop lifecycle and product usage based on customer context.
Manage inbound and outbound communication professionally, ensuring prompt query resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales operations, order coordination, and customer onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications
BSc/MSc/MBA in Agriculture or related fields (preferred).
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to manage multi-tasking across CRM updates, lead funnels, and customer coordination.
Sound understanding of Agri-inputs, crop cycles, and rural market dynamics (advantageous).
Self-driven, organised, and able to work in a process-led environment.
