We are hiring Agri Advisors / Sales Executives to strengthen our field operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and farmers/distributors, providing product knowledge and driving sales growth.

• Promote and sell company's agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
• Educate farmers on correct usage of products, crop protection, and fertilization techniques.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate new leads in assigned areas.
• Collect market feedback and report field activity to the management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

• Education: Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in agri sales or fieldwork can apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of agriculture practices and crop management
• Fieldwork readiness and willingness to travel locally
