Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- R esponsible for overall administration of all the Performance/Experience monitoring and optimization tools in respective circle, including drive testing tools.
- Routine monitoring of all the network changes and closely coordinate with the Central team in parametric tuning for optimal network experience
- Effective routine use of Geo-location tools in trouble shooting network/customer issues, analysis of 3G/4G network coverage tropology, interference metrics, in-building coverage, traffic distribution, handover, handset analytics etc
- New feature testing and optimization
- Geo-location Tool / Mapinfo
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing the insight from tools and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives
Detailed knwoledge on 4G technology
