AGM- Technology

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the timely delivery of software & IT hardware delivery as per budget in line with RFP requirements by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. He / she would be assisting the field IT team with a clear objective of 100% SLA achievement and would prepare regular reports for upper management.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure company IT policies and procedures are followed by internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that contractual SLAs are met on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring all new software releases, configuration or bug fixings go through the duly verified testing and governance process.
• Ensuring the coordination between Partners for the Root Cause Analysis in case of any failure and ensuring corrective action.
• Ensuring that Field Installation and Integration Test (FIIT) & Site Acceptance Test (SAT) are happening in timely manner.
• Assist senior management in reporting and day-to-day IT operations.
• Responsible for ensuring training to operations / Technology/IT team for doing the L1/ L2 validation.
• To identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance. Evaluate Managements requirements, prepare and present technical proposals, design and deliver solutions for business needs
• Monthly SLAs as required in the RFP
• Monthly SAT targets
• Early closure of IT issues

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• B. Tech / Post Graduate

Relevant and total years of Experience

• 12 to 19 years of overall experience in power distribution domain.
• Experience in Software Integration and validation (HES/MDM) and quality audits.
