Job Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of segmental launching projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies for segmental launching activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines during the segmental launching process.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure clear communication and expectations.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction plans related to segmental launching.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports and providing recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective problem-solving and resolution of technical issues during the launching process.
