Who We Are Looking For
We're hiring our
Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant — a foundational hire who will lead the end-to-end transformation of our core business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and e-commerce operations and serve as the Central Key User for the entire organization. Your expertise will power the digital backbone that supports our multi-brand, global operations and enables our next phase of scalable growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant strategic influence. You will own the design, configuration, and successful delivery of S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions while partnering closely with business leaders, IT, and functional teams.
What You'll Actually Do
Your core job is delivering high-impact SAP implementations that drive measurable business outcomes. Here's what that looks like:
- Own the full lifecycle of S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and rollouts across our manufacturing and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end implementation cycles with deep focus on Manufacturing (Make-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, production planning, shop floor execution, quality management) integrated with E-commerce processes (order-to-cash, ATP, pricing, variant configuration, B2B/B2C commerce integration).
- Drive process transformation: Conduct workshops, map current processes (AS-IS), design future-state processes (TO-BE), and configure S/4HANA Public Cloud to best practices while accommodating our custom print/manufacturing requirements.
- Lead key modules including Finance (FI/CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Partner with business units to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure alignment between global standards and local brand needs across US, UK, AU/NZ, and India operations.
- Execute hands-on configuration, data migration, cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization.
- Design and deliver robust integrations between S/4HANA Public Cloud and our existing digital stack (e-commerce platforms, CDP, custom applications, etc.).
- Build and mentor internal teams on S/4HANA capabilities while establishing governance, change management, and training programs.
- Stand up the SAP Center of Excellence: Define standards, best practices, documentation repository, testing frameworks, and support models for ongoing operations and future rollouts.
Building The Foundation
We're investing in a modern, cloud-first ERP foundation on S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role is critical to moving from fragmented systems to a unified, scalable platform. You will work in parallel on:
- Delivering high-impact, visible wins through phased implementations/rollouts.
- Establishing robust implementation methodology, tools, templates, and governance for the organization.
- Building trust and collaboration with business stakeholders who are going through large-scale ERP transformation for the first time.
- Ensuring clean core principles and best-practice adoption in a public cloud environment.
Skill Sets/Experience We Require
- 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 full end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation cycles (preferably 3+), with strong exposure in manufacturing combined with e-commerce / DTC environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise as a Central Key User or Lead Functional Consultant in previous implementations.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Proven track record of leading successful go-lives in manufacturing + commerce organizations — with clear examples of business value delivered (e.g., improved OTD, inventory turns, revenue recognition, process automation).
- Hands-on experience with data migration and integration
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills - you can translate complex SAP concepts into business language and drive adoption.
- Strong communication and documentation skills. You produce high-quality deliverables that stand the test of audits and future maintenance.
If you have led complex S/4HANA Public Cloud transformations in manufacturing + e-commerce environments and are excited and are excited to be the Central Key User driving SAP modernization for a high-growth global organization, we encourage you to apply.
