Job Title: AGM – Sales & Marketing (TN&KA)

Role Objective
To drive revenue, project closures, and collections across AP & Telangana by managing end-to-end sports infrastructure project sales, ensuring strong CRM discipline, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Own and drive regional revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Build and maintain a strong project sales pipeline.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business growth.
2. Closures (Primary Focus)
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end deal closures.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Drive higher conversion ratios (Lead → Closure).
- Personally handle and close high-value projects (₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Cr+).
3. Sports Infrastructure Project Sales
- Drive consultative and solution-based sales for:
- Box Cricket Arenas
- Football Turf
- Pickleball Courts
- Basketball (Indoor & Outdoor)
- Badminton Courts
- Volleyball / Beach Volleyball
- Multi-sport facilities
- Manage complete sales cycle:
- Lead → Site Visit → Requirement → BOQ → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
4. Target Management
- Break down regional targets into team and individual targets.
- Track daily and weekly performance against targets.
- Ensure strong execution discipline and accountability.
5. Collections & Payment Management
- Ensure timely collections as per project milestones.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with Accounts team for billing and payment tracking.
- Minimize overdues and payment delays.
6. CRM Management & Sales Discipline
- Ensure 100% CRM usage across the sales team.
- Track complete sales funnel:
- Leads → Site Visits → Proposals → Closures → Collections
- Maintain accurate, real-time updates of:
- Client interactions
- Project details
- Deal values
- Monitor lead aging, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.
- Generate MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews.
7. Team Management
- Lead and manage Field Sales & Telesales teams.
- Monitor:
- Site visits
- Client meetings
- Proposal submissions
- Closures
- Drive team performance towards revenue, closures, and collections.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Engineering Team – BOQ, feasibility, technical inputs
- Procurement Team – costing and material timelines
- Execution Team – project delivery timelines
- Accounts Team – billing and collections
- Ensure smooth transition from Sales → Execution → Completion → Payment.
9. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth communication.
- Drive repeat business and referrals.
10. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Share weekly and monthly reports with GM – South Zone.
- Track:
- Pipeline value
- Conversion ratios
- Revenue vs targets
- Collections status
Key Requirements
Experience
- 8–12 years in B2B / Project / Infrastructure Sales
- Strong experience in deal closures, revenue ownership, and collections
- Experience in team handling and regional sales management
- Exposure to construction / real estate / sports infra (preferred)
