Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate inquiries for LV & MV Switchboards from OEMs, industries, infrastructure, utilities, contractors, consultants, and HVAC clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities including new markets, customers, and product segments.
  • Follow up on new business leads and schedule client meetings for conversion.
  • Promote company products and services to potential clients.

Estimation & Technical Sales

  • Prepare estimation and costing based on customer requirements.
  • Compare switchgear makes, specifications, and pricing for competitive positioning.
  • Provide technical support during pre-sales and after-sales activities.
  • Assist in preparation of tenders, quotations, and technical proposals.

Client Coordination & Approvals

  • Coordinate and secure electrical drawing approvals through technical discussions with clients and consultants.
  • Conduct meetings with clients for technical clarification and order finalization.
  • Communicate new product developments to customers and stakeholders.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Maintain complete records of sales, billing, revenue, quotations, and payment terms.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct sales review meetings and track performance hurdles.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain business documentation.

Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and product positioning.
  • Support product promotion and technical presentations to clients.
