Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate inquiries for LV & MV Switchboards from OEMs, industries, infrastructure, utilities, contractors, consultants, and HVAC clients.
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets, customers, and product segments.
- Follow up on new business leads and schedule client meetings for conversion.
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
Estimation & Technical Sales
- Prepare estimation and costing based on customer requirements.
- Compare switchgear makes, specifications, and pricing for competitive positioning.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales and after-sales activities.
- Assist in preparation of tenders, quotations, and technical proposals.
Client Coordination & Approvals
- Coordinate and secure electrical drawing approvals through technical discussions with clients and consultants.
- Conduct meetings with clients for technical clarification and order finalization.
- Communicate new product developments to customers and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Maintain complete records of sales, billing, revenue, quotations, and payment terms.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Conduct sales review meetings and track performance hurdles.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain business documentation.
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and product positioning.
- Support product promotion and technical presentations to clients.
