Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies and plans
Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Participate in contract negotiations and finalizing deals
Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
