This is not a generic Business Development, Marketing, or Sales role. - Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

- Experience: 7 to 15 Years

- Preference: Candidates with a Railway & Metro Tendering background

About the Role:

Dilip Buildcon Limited is hiring for its Railways Costing & Estimation team in New Delhi. This role sits at the AGM level, reporting directly to the Vice President - BD (Railways), and carries direct ownership of electrical costing and estimation strategy on Railway and Metro infrastructure tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Cost & Quantity Estimation for tender proposal preparation for EPC/BOQ/PPP projects.

2. Rate analysis and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.

3. Preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals for OHE, TSS, GEW, E&M, Substations and 3rd Rail tenders.

4. Estimation for Railway Electrical / Composite, EPC, BOQ & PPP Tenders.

5. Coordination with vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors for arranging quotations.

6. Study and finalize quantities, designs, in coordination with design consultants.

7. Conduct Site Surveys and preparation of Site Survey reports.

Key Skills and Proficiency Required:

Bidding Strategy, Tender Finalization, Understanding of Transmission Line and Substation Industry, PV Comparison/Analysis, Tendering, Electrical Quantity and Cost Estimation, Good hands-on command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Ability to Work in a Team, Good Communication Skills.
