AGM PMO / Project Controls

Industry: Renewable Energy | Utility-Scale Solar Projects

Kalpa Power is looking for an experienced AGM – PMO / Project Controls to lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and governance for utility-scale solar park projects.

We are seeking a strategic leader with strong project controls expertise, cross-functional coordination skills, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO function and oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules, project milestones, budgets, and progress.
• Establish and strengthen project control systems, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Quality, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost deviations, and drive corrective and recovery actions.
• Conduct project reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Support execution planning, budgeting, vendor management, and resource optimization.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project execution.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• 10–15 years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling.
• Experience in Solar, Wind, or Construction projects.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a PMO team.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project (MSP), or other project planning and scheduling tools.
• Good knowledge of AI tools and MS Office applications.
