Who We Are Looking For

We're hiring our first Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant - a foundational and hire who will lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and serve as the Central Key User for the entire organization.

This senior individual contributor role will own the transformation of our core business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and e-commerce operations. You will be the primary bridge between business needs and Oracle Fusion capabilities, driving successful adoption across all brands and geographies. You report directly to the Head of ERP / Digital Transformation.

What You'll Actually Do

Your core responsibility is to deliver a successful, value-driven Oracle Fusion implementation that becomes the single source of truth for our global operations. Here's what that looks like:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations with deep expertise in Manufacturing (Make-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Discrete Manufacturing, Production Planning, Shop Floor Management, Quality Management) tightly integrated with E-commerce processes (Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Order Promising, B2B/B2C fulfillment).
  • Act as the Central Key User for Group Bayport - representing business interests during configuration, validating system design against requirements, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving change across the organization.
  • Conduct detailed process workshops, document AS-IS processes, design optimized TO-BE processes aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices, and configure the system accordingly.
  • Own key Oracle Fusion modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing (SCM), Order Management, and integrations with e-commerce platforms and third-party systems.
  • Manage data migration strategy, cleansing, and execution using Oracle tools.
  • Design and deliver seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion and our existing technology landscape (e-commerce platforms, CDP, custom applications, logistics partners, etc.).
  • Drive hypercare, post-go-live support, continuous improvement, and future phase rollouts.
  • Build internal capability by training and mentoring super users and business teams while establishing governance, documentation standards, and support processes.
  • Stand up the Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence — including standards, best practices, training repository, and ongoing enhancement framework.

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

  • 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with at least 2 full end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations (preferably 3+), specifically in manufacturing (Make-to-Order / Configure-to-Order) combined with e-commerce / DTC environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise as a Central Key User or Lead Functional Consultant in previous implementations.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules with proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Track record of successful go-live and post-implementation stabilization in complex, multi-country manufacturing + commerce organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of variant configuration, Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering changes, and high-variability custom manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in global template design, multi-entity rollouts, and data migration best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with System Integrators while protecting business interests.
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills.

If you have successfully led Oracle Fusion Cloud transformations in manufacturing and e-commerce environments and are excited to be the Central Key User driving ERP modernization for a high-growth global company, we encourage you to apply.
