Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning & Action Tracking
  • Consolidate and manage sales, retail, and marketing action plans into a unified operating view
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and ownership across all marketing sub-functions
  • Drive weekly/monthly planning cadences and ensure on-time execution
  • Reporting, MIS & Analytics Governance
  • Lead the MIS and reporting function for Marketing
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of dashboards across campaigns, GTM, CRM, content, experiential, and retail marketing
  • Build reporting frameworks that enable leadership to take faster, better decisions
  • Financial & Process Discipline
  • Own marketing's budget tracking, PO management, and spend governance
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure compliance, visibility, and ROI orientation
  • Standardise processes for briefs, approvals, and performance reviews
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Lead and develop a team of MIS and Planning Executives
  • Set clear standards for reporting quality, timelines, and insights
  • Create documentation, templates, and playbooks to improve operational efficiency
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the central bridge between Marketing, Sales Ops, Retail, Finance, and Leadership
  • Ensure alignment of central plans with city-level execution
  • Surface risks, delays, and dependencies early
  • Ideal Candidate

  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing operations, planning, MIS, or business operations roles
  • Strong background in reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional planning
  • Experience managing teams and driving cadence in fast-moving environments
  • Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools; dashboard tools a plus
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven with strong stakeholder management skills
