Assistant General Manager - Marketing (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy (brand, demand generation, product marketing and events) to drive acquisition, engagement and revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments.
- Plan channel mix and manage campaign lifecycle end-to-endbriefing agencies, setting goals, allocating budgets and optimizing CAC/LTV through performance analysis.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional marketing team; set priorities, establish clear KPIs and mentor senior managers to improve delivery and accountability.
- Partner with Sales and Product to craft go-to-market plans, launch campaigns, sales enablement materials and seamless lead handoff processes.
- Implement analytics, attribution and reporting frameworks (funnel, cohort, ROI) to measure impact and inform continuous optimization.
- Own brand positioning, content strategy, PR and employer-brand initiatives to improve market share, category awareness and candidate experience.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing with 35 years in senior/leadership roles (managing teams and agencies) in a product- or services-led organization.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth (revenue, leads, brand metrics) through integrated campaigns and data-driven optimization.
- Strong experience executing on-site marketing programs across the Indian market and collaborating closely with sales.
