Assisting in determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans & take a lead role in the day-to-day planning and execution of internal audits.
. Support statutory and internal audits by providing requisite explanations and assistance to the auditors to ensure timely resolution and completion of audits.
. Participate in the development and maintenance of internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor the progress of corrective actions & take initiatives for department level activities.
. Identifying revenue leakages / savings during the performance of audits & Provide value addition in terms of cost savings, revenue recognition . Identifying risks associated with business and evaluating controls in place to mitigate those risks
. Performing full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operation's effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with applicable directives and regulations
. Maintain appropriate documentation to support coverage of areas, the conclusions drawn, and issues reported.
. Update audit program and process understanding document as per work done.
. Organize / arrange for trainings and developmental activities for self and team. . Perform audit as per approved audit program and as per the guidelines / checklist and ad-hoc assignments as per instructions.
. Analyze of project expenditures to identify risk areas of revenue leakages of Investigation undertaken as per guidelines.
. Review Auditing and Legal updates of Company Law, Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes.
. Prepare accurate presentation of the facts of the data of the investigation undertaken.
. Conduct Physical verification at the site and check the invoices of Investigation undertaken as per guidelines.
