Role Overview
The AGM HR will lead endtoend HR operations, workforce planning, performance management systems, and organizational discipline frameworks across Berkowits and group companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
- Drive recruitment efficiency and hiring turnaround time (TAT) across all functions.
- Implement proactive manpower planning including candidate pipelines and backfill readiness.
- Implement structured Performance Management System (PMS) including quarterly KPIs and variable pay frameworks.
- Conduct weekly HR MIS reviews tracking hiring status, attrition, payroll accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Oversee onboarding, exit management, and weekly new employee connect sessions.
- Strengthen organizational discipline through structured performance monitoring and escalation frameworks.
- Design employee recognition programs to improve engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with Social Media team to strengthen employer branding on LinkedIn.
- Work with Training Team to monitor performance improvement initiatives and training effectiveness.
- Strengthen HR systems through effective utilization of Keka HR.
- Support leadership in organizational design and manpower structures aligned with growth.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years experience in HR operations or HR leadership roles
- Service industry HR experience preferred
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in HR preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, recruitment, and HR systems
- Experience designing performance management systems
- Leadership capability to manage HR teams
- Experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka HR preferred
