To head functions of PPC, MRP, Sub-contracting, Stores and Central Warehousing at WPD

Experience - 18-22 yrs

• Lead Production Planning and Controlling function
• Ensuring safe work environment in responsibility area
• Very High focus on Optimizing the Inventory
• Close co-ordination with Procurement team for achieving On-time delivery
• Leading Sub-contracting function for OTD as well as cost optimization
• Development of Sub-contracting vendors to ensuing availability of enough machining capacity
• Ensuring Stores functions with minimum inventory
• Quarterly inventory with Zero gap in Physical vs System stock
• Scheduling of orders on timely basis (without delay)
• Stake holder management
• Drive for results
• Team leadership
• Thorough knowledge of SAP
• Minimum 8-10 yrs of Leadership / Team handling experience
