Experience: 15 years to18 years (Sub-Stations and Transmission Line)

Qualifications: Electrical Engineer/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Reporting to: Directors/ CEO

Job Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

• Engineering of EHV Switchyard/Sub-Stations and Transmission Line.
• Charging and Commissioning of line and substation
• Evaluation and Checking of Equipment drawings and GTP as per project requirements.
• Technical understanding of Power-related Equipment and accessories.
  
  

EPC Lifecycle Management

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of EPC projects, including handover and delivery of project.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
• Drive innovation and adopt best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Conducting all business in strict compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations.
• Managing project Cash Flow (inflow vis-à-vis outflow).
  
  

Government Liaison And Stakeholder Management

• Build and sustain strong relationships with government officials, and regulatory bodies.
• Secure necessary clearances, approvals, and partnerships for project success.
• Represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Engaging in high-level negotiation, proposals or conflict resolution with client.
  
  

Leadership And Team Development

• Recruit, develop, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to execute high-impact projects.
• Inspire and mentor team members, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Promote accountability and ownership within the team, ensuring project success.
  
  

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Monitor and analyze project performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Use data to refine strategies, address challenges, and enhance outcomes.
• Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership
• Developing long term Strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.
  
  

Business Development

• Develop Global Marketing network. Increase Client portfolio. Obtain Enquires and complete pre-qualification for customer.
• Generating Revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue, market share and profitability.
