1.Oversee statutory compliance, ensuring timely filings and adherence to all direct and indirect tax regulations.
2.Manage treasury operations, optimize working capital, and maintain strong liquidity.
3.Prepare and review accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
4.Liaise with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless audits and reporting.
