Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AGM - Finance should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA with 3-5 years of experience
Currently working at a big 4 or at a real estate firm
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance in the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Experience in leading and managing a finance team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
