Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting, located in Gurugram.

The position involves complete overseeing of the accounts function of a business unit in the Group. This will involve plant finance activities, business unit books management, complete end to end accounting in SAP, supplier reconciliation, Inventory controls, Purchase accounting, Sales accounting, Bank limits management, AOP preparation and monitoring budgets, Tax compliances, Cash flow preparation and management, direct / indirect taxation and the role also entails supervising and mentoring finance and accounting teams, while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements and reports
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis
• Solid knowledge of finance, including financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated leadership in managing finance or accounting teams
• Experience in compliance with regulatory financial standards and best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• CA/CPA certification is an advantage
• Excellent Working knowledge and usage of SAP is a must
