Job PurposeLead and grow Enterprise Mobility portfolio with focus on Telemarketing, MiFi devices, Win-based CAPEX offerings and UAT-led service design.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise mobility solutions including product conceptualization, GTM, and revenue realization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and differentiated enterprise solutions.
Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, platform providers, and ecosystem players.
Support and enable growth of Managed Mobility, MCRS (Mobile Call Recording Solution), and MBB portfolios.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities1. Product Ownership & Development- Own and manage product portfolio including Telemarketing solutions, MiFi devices, Win-based CAPEX offerings, and UAT service design. Define product roadmap, features, pricing, and commercialization strategy
2. Service Design & UAT Enablement- Lead UAT frameworks and service design for enterprise solutions. Ensure seamless onboarding, testing, and deployment of new services with high quality standards
3. Market & Customer Insights- Gather actionable insights through customer interactions, sales feedback, and market trends. Identify new use cases and solution opportunities across enterprise segments
4. Strategic Planning & GTM- Design and execute GTM strategies for enterprise mobility solutions. Work closely with sales, marketing, and segment teams to drive adoption and penetration
5. Revenue Management- Own revenue targets for primary portfolio and contribute to Managed Mobility, MCRS, and MBB revenue growth. Track performance and optimize pricing, bundling, and monetization strategies
6. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with Pricing, IT, Finance, CVM, and Sales teams for solution development and execution. Ensure alignment across stakeholders for timely delivery and market success
7. Partnership & Ecosystem Development- Engage with OEMs, platform vendors and service providers to strengthen solution offerings. Identify and onboard partners to enhance product capabilities
8. Forecasting & Inventory Management- Drive demand planning, inventory optimization and lifecycle management for MiFi. Ensure alignment between supply chain and business requirements
9. Analytics & Performance Tracking- Define and monitor KPIs for product performance, adoption, and revenue. Drive data-led decision making and continuous improvement initiatives
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience1. Strong experience in end-to-end enterprise product management, especially mobility solutions like MiFi, telemarketing, and CAPEX models
2. Deep understanding of enterprise mobility, telecom ecosystem, and managed services offerings
3. Proven ability to drive GTM strategies and own revenue growth, including pricing and monetization
4. Expertise in stakeholder and partner management, working across internal teams and external ecosystem players
5. Strong analytical and execution skills, with focus on KPIs, forecasting, and scalable solution delivery
Must have technical / professional qualifications1. Post Graduate MBA with 7-10 years experience
2. Domain knowledge in mobility related systems & products (B2B & B2C)
3. Analytical and Data crunching skills
4. Communication and presentation skills
5. Go to market
