  1. Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)
  • To drive end-to-end FRS(feasibility) for a demand in the lifecycle of a project/demand. This bould be achieved By way of translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions, ensuring alignment across business, IT vendors and digital systems while enabling timely and quality closure of the feasibility document as part of the demand lifecycle management
  1. Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5)

  • During Demand Lifecycle Management

- Own demand intake, requirement clarification, and solution alignment across CS, Marketing, and Retail functions.

Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD/FRS) including:

  • Process flows
  • User journeys
  • Business rules
  • Exception handling
  • Integration touchpoints

- Conduct impact assessment, effort estimation, and feasibility analysis in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.

- Ensure structured tracking from requirement sign-off to handover to solution team.

  • Business Requirement & Solution Alignment

- Translate business needs into clear Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

- Align anchor systems and dependent support systems for development and integration readiness.

- Facilitate design discussions to ensure solution scalability and minimal downstream rework.

  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

- Act as single point of coordination between business stakeholders, application teams, and external vendors.

- Track development timelines, manage interdependencies, and proactively resolve delivery risks.

- Escalate and mitigate slippages to ensure adherence to meet committed timeline and TATs

  • Governance & Reporting

- Monitor demand pipeline health, development performance, and milestone adherence.

- Publish periodic dashboards and management updates on project status, risks, and impact.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement

- Drive process standardization across demand intake and requirement documentation.

- Identify bottlenecks in solution delivery and recommend structural improvements.

  1. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)
  • Strong understanding of telecom IT architecture and system interdependencies.
  • Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G ecosystems and digital enablement platforms.
  • Requirement elicitation, FRS documentation, and impact analysis.
  • Stakeholder management across multi-level business and technology teams.
  • Risk management and delivery governance.

  1. Key Performance Indicators (Max 5)
    • On-time delivery (% adherence to committed timelines).
    • Reduction in requirement rework / change requests.
    • SLA adherence across development lifecycle.
    • Accuracy of impact assessment and effort estimation.
    1. Annual Budget Owned / Key Quantitative Parameters like Workforce managed etc.
