We are looking for a highly skilled AGM Accounts to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounting functions and will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Conduct audits and ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
