Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct audits and ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
