**CONTRACT**
We are looking for a senior consultant to support and improve our Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management system.
This role works closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
The focus is keeping the contract system running smoothly and improving how contracts move through the business.
What You Will Do
- Support daily operations of the Agiloft CLM system
- Work with Legal and Procurement to understand contract process needs
- Configure workflows, forms, and business rules in Agiloft
- Improve contract request, review, approval, and renewal processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
- Build reports, dashboards, and notifications
- Support system integrations and data flows
- Help with testing, releases, and user training
Required Experience
- 7 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes
- Experience working with Legal and Procurement teams
- Hands on experience configuring Agiloft CLM
- Experience with workflows, business rules, forms, and tables
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Production support or implementation experience with Agiloft
- Integrations with SAP or S4 HANA
- Integrations with procurement tools like Ariba or Zip
- SQL and reporting experience
- Experience with other CLM platforms
- Experience in regulated industries like pharma or healthcare
- Agiloft certification
