Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).

Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure sprint goals align with business objectives.

Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to improve efficiency.

Remove blockers and resolve team conflicts to maintain productivity.

Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) for process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business units).

Ensure adherence to Agile principles and support Agile transformation initiatives.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

Define and track Agile KPIs and optimize team performance.

Advocate for Agile values and coach teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Foster a culture of psychological safety, transparency, and innovation.
