EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors in Software Engineering
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Required:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies
Excellent coaching and facilitation skills
Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration within a team
Experience removing roadblocks and resolving impediments
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
