You'll be the go-to person for managing agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track and manage sprint progress using tools like Jira or Linear
- Help teams identify and remove impediments quickly
- Promote agile values, coach teams on agile best practices
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication
- Continuously assess team performance and find ways to improve efficiency and delivery
What We're Looking For:
- 36 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Tech-aware mindset, understanding of modular architecture, microservices, DevOps practices, and component-based development
- Excellent communication skills: clear, proactive, and empathetic communicator
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with tools like Taiga, Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar (we use Taiga)
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Must be able to work full overlap with European time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial software
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
- Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing product companies
- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
