Project Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and extensive experience leading parallel Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including prior work as a Product Owner or Proxy PO, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to release within Capital Markets business domain.
In this role, you will ensure effective Agile practices across multiple cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and facilitate continuous value delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support multiple Scrum teams in parallel, ensuring alignment and high delivery performance.
- Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, stand-ups) and drive continuous process improvement.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between development teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership.
- Work closely with Customer Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and act as a Proxy PO when required—providing direction, refining backlogs, and supporting product vision.
- Oversee project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery across streams.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor, optimize, and report on team performance and product delivery health.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, ownership, and accountability., develop, and own the end-to-end architecture for digital customer-facing applications.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery as Project Manager.
- Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise grade projects in Private Equity business domain, with Valuations or Market Risk/Compliance (Capital Markets) understanding.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Experience working as a Product Owner or Proxy PO.
- Business Analysis background with strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- People management experience.
- Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (at least one required).
