We are looking for an ATL-level Project Coordinator with 4-6 years of experience to support our Analytics function by driving sprint execution and project tracking across teams.
The role will be responsible for managing all team projects on Jira, ensuring sprint boards are updated, tracking progress against timelines, and coordinating with team members to remove blockers. The person will also provide daily status updates to leadership, highlight risks, delays, and dependencies, and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth delivery.
In This Role, You Will
- Own Jira tracking for all Analytics projects and sprints
- Plan, monitor, and follow up on sprint tasks across teams
- Share daily progress updates with leadership
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, delays, and dependencies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain visibility on project status, timelines, and ownership
Here's What You Need
- Strong experience in Jira and sprint/project tracking
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
