Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets with transparency and accountability.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Track project progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance team performance and delivery quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean).
  • Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive project management approach.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; additional project management certifications are a plus.
