Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets with transparency and accountability.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Track project progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance team performance and delivery quality.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean).
- Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive project management approach.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; additional project management certifications are a plus.
